Our foundation as business owners is built on a bedrock of honesty. Our honesty and integrity means more to us as a business than everything else.
Quality
Quality content is all we know how to deliver – Corey especially, he has one switch and that is high quality work. Matthew is a producer/director extraordinaire, with a 10,000 foot view on all projects. Corey is an expert level director of photography, editor and colorist – this combination leads the to perfectly complement one another in production tasks.
Growth
We started with no experience in video production, no gear and little else other than our ambition to grow as creators. The growth from those beginnings, those early trials in life and production have honed the pair of us into the storytellers and video producers we are today. We hope someday to grow the business immensely so we can share our company with many others!
Humility
Our journey to Added Element has been long and winding. Corey and Matt both started doing tiny photo and video jobs for little or no money – we started at the bottom as novice video creators. We lean on those beginnings as we have developed our video production company. Humility comes before honor.

Co-founder
Matthew has a journalism degree, was once a film critic and loves telling stories. That love morphed into a career in video production – he has worked with companies both small and large and thrives leading productions from start to finish. Matthew aims to be a compass pointing towards Christ, which starts with his number one directive on this Earth: be a great husband to his wife and stellar father to his three rowdy boys and new baby girl.

Corey has a degree in Electronic Media Communication and a minor in Biblical Studies. He loves to create, but also loves to dive into the technical aspects of a creative production – for the purpose of excellence. He also has a beautiful wife and two crazy kids.
